The main course includes a choice of:

Traditional Welsh Breakfast, all or part of:

• thickly cut bacon
• seasoned sausage
• eggs any way you want
• sautéed mushrooms
• grilled seasoned tomatoes
• baked beans in tomato sauce

Euro-Breakfast (Continental):

• a selection of Welsh and International cheese served with home-baked bread and home-made preserves
• freshly baked croissants, served with home-made preserves

Scottish Breakfast:

• Naturally-smoked haddock with a free-range poached egg

Norwegian Breakfast:
Scrambled eggs with smoked salmon served with home-made bread or fresh toast

American-style pancakes and syrup with or without bacon

Free-range eggs and toast either: scrambled, poached or boiled
